Configuring Attributes of Issue

Description

For issues added to review, you can configure attributes such as status for progress management or cause / detected process for analyzing.
Here is decribed fieds configured as attributes of issue and how to configure them.

 

Fields

Following fields are provided to configure attributes of issue

No.  Field Description
1 Status Status for the issue.
2 Reason of issue Intension or background of the issue.
3 Cause Process Process where the issue like bug has been mixed.
4 Detected Process Process where the issue like bug has been detected.
5 Category Category for grouping issues.
6 Custom Field Fields that users can customize their name and options.

 

How to Configure

Status

Select a status group applied for issues in the review.

  1. Select [File] menu - [Review Settings...] to show [Review Settings] dialog box.
  2. Select [Field] tab.
  3. Select a status group to be applied.

Reason of Issue

Check [Enable input reason of issues] for managing reason of review issues.

Cause Process, Detected Process, Category

Cause process, detected process, and category for issue.

  1. Select [File] menu - [Review Settings...] to show [Review Settings] dialog box.
  2. Select [Field] tab.
  3. Click each [Edit] button to write options for the field. Each line will be an option.115004756487_01_en.png

Custom Field

You can configure and use customized fields if you need to use other fileds than default ones as issue attributes.

  1. Select [File] menu - [Review Settings...] to show [Review Settings] dialog box.
  2. Select [Custom Field] tab.
  3. Check [Enable] for each line to enable each custom field, and enter field name.
  4. Click [Edit] button to configure options for the field. each line will be an option.115004756487_02_en.png

  5. Click [OK] button after entering options.

Tips

You can specify a default value for options. Only oyu need is to select a value to be used as a default on configuring. Then, each user can use the default value without selecting it. 115004756487_03_en.png
