Overview
You can check review status such as whether reviews are executed based on the planned schedule, or whether review issues are recorded without exception, from actual status of reviews and review issues.
Here is described how to check actual status of reviews and review issues.
Operation
Yon can check review status as follows:
- Checking in the Tile view
Each issue is displayed like a colored card to see status of review issues visually. - Checking on Grid view
Issues are displayed as a table to show their contents and properties in a list. You are also able to check whether there is any empty field of not. - Checking on Outline Tree
Number of issues are displayed for each outline on Outline Tree, which helps you check there is any unexecuted section of the target document.
Checking in the Tile view
The Tile View provides a view of issues displayed like tiles, which have different colors depending on an issue status. This view helps you check status of issues visually.
The issues are sorted by outline, that provides you with the information such as which part of the document has problems or not intuitively.
Select [View] menu - [Tile View] to show the Tile View.
Colors of issues and displayed fields in this view are as follows:

The Grid view provides a table of issues with fields including important ones for analyzing.
Empty fields are displayed with a blue frame so that you can you can easily check whether empty fields exists or not in a list.
Select [View] menu – [Grid View] to show the Grid View. Fields shown in this view are as follows:

Confirming on Outline Tree
The Outline Tree provides the outline of the target document, that helps you checking number of issues for individual outline. Number of a parent node shows the total number for child nodes and for itself.
Oulines without any issues may tell you that a review has not been executed or that there are issues not registered.
The Outline Tree is displayed on the main window or on the Side Bar. The background color for the number of issues means as follows:
Meanings of Background Colors
