Overview
Lightning Review provides exporting a report including issue data as a PDF file. Here is described how to export a report what is included in it.
Contents to be Exported
You can set the following items for outputting a report.

1 | Title | The title of the report. It is displayed on the cover page. |
2 | Subtitle | The subtitle of the report. It is displayed on the cover page as well as the title. |
3 | Footer | The footer of the report. It is displayed on all pages. |
4 | Name | The member who created the report. It is displayed on the cover page. |
5 | Date | The date for submission or the report. It is displayed on the cover page. |
6 | Quality | The quality of images in the report can be selected. You can select from file levels, higher score is of better quality. |
7 | Layout | The layout of issues in the report can be selected from both reported and revised or only reported. |
8 | Output Only the Selected Issues | Check this if you want to export only checked issues in the issue view. |
9 | Outputting Only the First Image of Each Issue | Check this if you want to export only the first image of issues that have multiple images. |
10 | Comment | Comment on the report. It is displayed on the cover page. |
How to Export
- Select [File] menu - [PDF Report...] to show the [PDF Report] dialog box.
- Specify the contents to be exported in the [PDF Report] dialog box.
- Click [OK] button and specify a path and a name of a file to be exported.
- The exported report file will be automatically opened.
